Summary: Decent frame for a reasonable price
Comment: 11 x 17 is an odd size, and I looked all over the place to find an off-the-shelf frame and couldn't. I bought this frame and it arrived quickly and in good shape. No, it isn't a wonderful, fabulous best-ever frame, but it looks pretty good and does the job, and is much less expensive than custom framing.

Comment: For the price, the frame really doesn't look any better being solid wood than any cheap plastic frame you can buy at any retail venue. And even with the seller-enclosed directions and diagram, the hanger is a pain to install. I wouldn't buy another.
