Summary: Pretty good, but not perfect
Comment: My kitten really loves this tree condo. Although we had to manipulate it to be used as two separate pieces instead of as only one piece. The top platform sits directly above the "house" which makes jumping up on it difficult since the cat is sitting directly under it. However, we disconnected the top part and placed it on the floor (using the platform as the base and the scratching post sticking up) My kitten now has two pieces of furniture to play with. He hides and sleeps in the house in one room and will run over and scratch on the post that I placed in the other room. So all in all, this does work out for us. Our only loss is that we do not have the height that I was looking for when I purchased this tree condo since I had to take the top piece off to make it usable.

Comment: This condo wobbles everytime my cat jumps on it. He definitely loves the individual components but as a whole it is not very stable.

Summary: Our First Armarkat Tree
Comment: This was our first Armarkat tree purchase, and the smallest, just to try out the products. Three years later, battered by a multiple-cat household, and well-loved by all, this little tree is still hanging in there. Don't let the teddy bear-like faux fur fool you...it can take the claws and is easily cleaned with a small brush. I knew we had a winner when the cats were already on it as I assembled it.
The kitties give it five paws-up. =^..^=
